Prior to joining NHC, Takuya Ashida worked at Kanematsu Corporation, where he was involved in performance management and sales support for manufacturing subsidiaries based in Japan, Germany, and Canada. At the company’s headquarters, he also engaged in a wide range of finance-related initiatives, including startup investments, fundraising, and credit management. He holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
