Ms. Nagao started career at JAFCO, focusing on international operations and performance management. Following studies in Economics and Business Administration at ESSEC Business School in France, she served as a buy-side analyst for Japanese and Asian equities at a local family office. Upon returning to Japan, she held buy-side analyst roles at a French investment advisory firm and managed investor relations for global investors at MKS Partners. After a period of overseas assignment for family reasons, she joined Beyond Next Ventures in 2016 to support middle and back-office management for VC funds and overseas portfolio companies. She joined NHC in April 2026.
Ms. Nagao holds a BA degree from Ochanomizu University and a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.
